Looking for a relaxing and fun way to start your week? Try our Tai Chi classes! Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that helps you feel calm and energetic. Our instructor, Carol from Wild Horse Tai Chi, is great at teaching everyone, whether you’re new or have done Tai Chi before.
