Every Wednesday, join our friendly group for a gentle 60-90 minute walk in local parks, meeting at Derby West Indian Community Association (DWICA) at 12:00 pm and returning by 2:00 pm for light refreshments.

• What to Bring: Water, comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing for the weather
